The challenge

Al Taj needed a professional home online for a menu that spans Pakistani, Indian and Italian cuisine. Third party delivery apps were taking a cut of every order, so the owner wanted a way to take orders directly.

What we built

I built a custom website with a book style digital menu, delivery and takeaway ordering, and a booking flow, all in a design that matches the warm, premium feel of the restaurant.

What we did

  1. Interactive, book style digital menu
  2. Direct online ordering for delivery and takeaway
  3. Professional photography of dishes, ambiance and team
  4. Customer review section to build trust
  5. Mobile first layout for guests ordering on the go
  6. Local SEO to win nearby searches

What came of it

  • More organic traffic from people searching for the restaurant
  • Better engagement through a clear, appealing menu experience
  • Less manual work thanks to automated ordering
  • Positive feedback from guests on ease of use

Outcomes as the client reported them at the end of the engagement. Where a client has not released a figure, the outcome is described without one rather than estimated.
