01 · Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere, or present its writing as your own.
02 · What the content is, and is not
The articles, frameworks and calculators on this site are general information about marketing, written for owner-run businesses. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a promise of a result. Any calculator here is an illustration built from the numbers you type in, not a forecast of your revenue.
03 · Client work
Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract. Scope, fees, timelines and confidentiality for client work are set out in the written agreement signed before work starts. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
04 · Case studies and reviews
Case studies describe work that was actually delivered. Where a client has not released a figure, the outcome is described without one rather than estimated. Reviews are published as the client wrote them, with their permission.
05 · Links to other sites
This site links out to booking, social and client websites that I do not control. Following a link means their terms and their privacy policy apply, not mine.
06 · Availability and liability
This site is provided as it is. I keep it online and up to date as far as is reasonable, but I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and I am not liable for a loss caused by acting on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
